2 Create the panko mix and dip the avocados: In a skillet stir together panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Whisk eggs together in a different bowl. Dip each avocado piece in egg then coat well with panko mix.
3 Fry the avocado pieces: Spray on the atmosphere fryer basket with nonstick spray. Put as many avocado chips as you can, without touching, in the atmosphere fryer basket. You ought to be able to match an entire avocado (10 chips ). Air fry the chips at 350˚F for 3 minutes each side. They ought to be crispy and golden brown. Repeat with the rest of the batches.
Instead, bake the avocado pieces in a 350˚F oven for 10-12 minutes, or till they are golden brown.
4 Serve: Permit the chips cool before serving. Sprinkle with salt and lime juice if desired, or serve with the skillet. Cooked avocado chips do not keep quite well, so just cook as many as you mean to consume!
